How to get a Library Card
Adair County Residents should come into the library in person to obtain a library card. County residents must have a current in county address.
All applicants must present a Valid State ID.
NOTE- If the current Adair County address is different from the ID, applicants must present proof of address.
You may fill out and print the online application and bring it to the library, or come in to the library and fill one out.
Out of County Residents must come in to the library to process an application
There is a $30.00 annual fee for out of county residents.
Card replacement fee is $5.
